Objective

Woodrill Farms wanted an internal system to organize work orders for their employees so that they could keep track of the work that was already done, what upcoming jobs there were, and how many employees were needed for the week.

Challenge

We created custom software for Woodrill to create and fulfil current work orders easily. We also made sure that the app would be easily accessible by desktop or mobile. The software portal include information about Woodrill’s ongoing projects, including custom applications, delivery and pickups, custom work, fertilizer distribution, grain loads, and more. It included a team calendar to keep up to date with what each employee was working on and automatic email notifications. We also added a feature to view and search filter through summary metrics and a real-time activity feed across all departments.
