They requested IT services and support, which included restructuring their network, server, and workstations to maximize their work flow efficiency.
Challenge
Our team rebuilt their networking and added a VPN tunnel between two locations to allow remote access. We reworked their server organization and set up daily backups and organized the shared folder structure. We upgraded all workstations to new Windows 10 computers and connected them all to the new server and domain setup. We added virus protection and set up remote access to users working from home.
