Energy Source wanted custom software that could help manage their customer accounts and track their gas consumption and alert them to contractual issues they may have with regard to that consumption. They also wanted the application to alert them when there was action that the customer may need to take so that they don’t fail on their contractual obligations with the utility. It is also a source for client contact and other contract information.
We developed custom software that Energy Source employees could use to keep track of their customers’ accounts and keep all relevant info organized and recorded properly. We made the app usable on desktop, mobile, and tablet, so Energy Source Employees could use the app wherever and whenever was convenient for them.
