Energy Source came to us looking for a company to provide fast response time regarding IT Support and, the confidence in knowing they had a fully managed disaster recovery plan including offsite backup. Their driving force behind seeking us out was to ensure support of their server, network and workstations in a timely manner.
Challenge
We rebuilt their network and hardware infrastructure utilizing Microsoft Server technology to allow local and remote access to their data and resources. We migrated all their data and software from Server 2003 to their current server technology and upgraded all workstations.
