What they needed:
Megafoam came to us when they decided to move into a new building in Toronto with only a few computers. They needed us to take care of setting up their wired and wireless networks, setup a server environment and add several new workstation computers. The new building gave us the opportunity to start from scratch.
What we provided:
We managed the setup and configuration of their wired and wireless network, we setup a new Microsoft Server and setup their domain to manage all their email and data. We added six Windows 7 workstations along with user accounts and email and setup the Shared data structure to allow access restrictions to the sensitive data while giving access to some of the data to all users. We setup Simply Accounting server with client access, connected a hand scanner for time clock data collection and setup Job Boss software to allow the data collection of their jobs and the manufacturing process in the warehouse.
