What they needed:
Halls Heat & Cool has only needed minimal systems to operate their business. They only asked us to provide remote support and onsite support only if needed.
What we provided:
We have setup remote access to the few computer they use in the office and with email hosting on our servers we can maintain their email or troubleshoot issues when they arise using GotoAssist remote support technology. They have been getting this service for years now and have no need to change and we are ok with that as long as the business can run with what they have in place then all is good.
